Hey, original backers! Just want to let you know that sculpts are now available that can be used as Seline's Ghost allies!
They are used as swamp zombies for a new character to control in The North Woods, but can also be painted to be used as ghosts. They are a $15 add-on over on the new campaign here. That includes two of each of these sculpts above.
Here are the other things available as add-ons over there:
- 3-and-4-player gate pack: $5 for the set
- Upgraded Metal Tokens: $15
- Danika and Iva (below) (North Woods fighters): $15
There may also be a components tray coming as an add-on. I'm still waiting to hear from the factory.

SO MANY GATEFALL UPDATES

Hey, everyone! By now nearly all of you should have your games. For the few of you still left in Canada or places that had weather delays, keep an eye out for or an eye on the tracking email from Quartermaster Logistics.
There is a lot to get to, so here we go:
John Henry Figure
Here is a preview of John Henry, the new single-figure expansion for the Post-Apocalyptic team:
John and the Fantasy team's female elf archer are coming soon. They are about to be tested by the discord community.
3p and 4p Rules
There are new rules up for 3p and 4p modes of Gatefall (for those of you with more than one core set) on the discord here: http://discord.gg/nuHwQcN
It's still experimental, but has a lot of potential. The triagle and square gate boards for those modes are about to be printed.
New Kickstarter
We are getting ready to launch Lost in the North Woods, a sculpture series by Alexei Konev that is compatible with Gatefall!

New Rules
We are starting to work out ALL KINDS of optional new rules in the discord. We are about to start testing environmental and elevation additions to the board (think Heroscape tiles). We will also be testing new cards to expand the deck building, and hopefully finally bring the weapons shop into team mode. COMMON RULE MISINTERPRETATION

Hey, everyone Sorry for the back-to-back updates, but enough people are misinterpreting this one rule to justify blasting everyone with it:
A character's ATTACKS stat represents how many times that character can attack PER TURN, not per action point.
So Firebug can only attack twice during your entire turn, and each attack costs an action point. She can't attack 8 times in your turn for 4 action points.
The game will absolutely fall apart if you miss this rule (and will become The Firebug Show), and only maybe 5 people have reported missing this point, but since missing it would make this game garbage (for the fantasy player) (and many P-A) players, I figured I'd send this for anyone else who needs it.
This, along with any concerns about Brog being OP, or Penny being OP, or any other balance issue is all answered in the discord as an avalanche of feedback comes in. THE FANTASTIC NEWS is that nothing has been found to be genuinely out of balance. Balance issues have been the result of misinterpreted rules or unique matches. And there is a channel in the discord open to catch any balance issues so we can focus testing on them and address them whether or not they end up being actual balance issues.
